North State Guide is the best duck hunting guide in Eastern North Carolina. We have been hunting on the Pamlico Sound for more than 20 years. We specialize in open water sea duck, diver duck and puddle duck hunting. Our primary target is Black Scoters, but our hand-carved decoys also attract a variety of other duck species that are equally fun to harvest. North State Guide uses scissor-rig blinds, stake blinds and layout boats so that we can go to where the birds are located. Most other guides use stationary blinds that are limited to a fixed location, with mixed success and lots of waiting and downtime.
